An easy banana pancake recipe that is simple and quick. A family favorite!
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup Banana baby food (or pureed fresh bananas)
3 tablespoons melted butter (I use cooking oil becuase it's quicker)
1 cup milk
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon butter
In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients together, then stir in Banana, oil, and milk. Mix just until combined.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan, cook until bubbles appear thickly on top, flip and cook reverse side until golden brown
I like to stack these pancakes as I cook them with a pat of butter and generous drizzle of syrup on top of each. Continue to stack the pancakes all together this way, once you are ready to serve, the butter and syrup are soaked throughout the entire pancake.
